For one of our newest projects, StackRails is building the governance layer for AI-generated code. We sell to CTOs and engineering leaders at complex enterprises. We run a modern, AI-native marketing motion, and we are looking for someone who can operate it end to end.

About the Role

You will run our marketing machine day to day. We have the tooling: AI-driven outbound, an in-house video production pipeline, an automated deck engine, and agentic content workflows. What we need is the person who drives all of it and makes output ship, consistently, without needing a team behind them.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and produce genuinely great presentations and sales decks. This is core to the role and a high bar. Our tools get us to competent; you make decks that are excellent, investor-grade and customer-grade, with real visual and narrative craft. The difference between a 6/10 template deck and a 9/10 one is the difference we are hiring for.

• Operate our AI marketing stack: agentic content and research workflows, the cold-outbound stack (Smartlead, Apollo, Clay), the video pipeline, and the deck engine.

• Build and run email campaigns end to end: sequences, personalization, deliverability, and clean handoff to the sales team.

• Turn our point of view into published output: technical articles, LinkedIn posts, and original research findings.

• Produce and publish video and creative from our existing pipeline.

• Keep a simple weekly view of what shipped and what it produced.

 What We Are Looking For

• Produce genuinely well-designed presentations, not just functional ones, and have a portfolio to prove it. Design and narrative craft in slides is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.

• Already use AI and agentic tooling daily to produce real work, and are energized by "here are the tools, go run them."

• Are a hands-on generalist who would rather ship five real things this week than write a strategy memo about shipping.

• Have run real B2B outbound and content, ideally for a technical or developer product.

• Write clearly enough that an engineer would respect it.

• Are comfortable owning outcomes on your own. This is a build-it-yourself seat, not a manage-a-team seat.

Nice to Have

• Developer, platform, or dev-tools background.

• Cold-email deliverability and enrichment experience.

• Basic scripting, or the appetite to learn it.

This Role is Not

• A strategy or leadership seat (that sits with the founder today).

• A people-management role.

• A sales / appointment-setting role.
