About the Role

Kolomolo is looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator with strong Office 365 administration skills. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our SharePoint environments and Office 365 ecosystem to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity across the organization.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and administer SharePoint Online and Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and document management solutions.
  • Support user access, permissions, and governance across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Implement best practices for data integrity, compliance, and automation within SharePoint and Office 365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital collaboration tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience

     What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint (development & administration).
  • Proven experience with Office 365 administration and user support.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Azure AD, and related Microsoft technologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work from within the EU and travel to Sweden occasionally (quarterly).
  • Swedish language is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
