About the Role

Kolomolo is looking for a hands-on Electronics / Lab Technician Intern to support our R&D team in the development and testing of new hardware prototypes. You will work closely with engineers and designers on projects involving gas sensors, embedded electronics, and SD card-based systems.

This role is ideal for a curious and detail-oriented student or junior technician who enjoys practical lab work, assembly tasks, and contributing to early-stage product development.


 What You’ll Be Doing


  • Assemble and solder prototype boards under a microscope (components 0603–0201).
  • Perform manual and automated testing following prepared procedures.
  • Record and document test results, observations, and test logs.
  • Assist with prototype preparation and documentation.
  • Operate 3D printers to produce prototype parts and enclosures.
  • Support engineers in day-to-day lab tasks and experiments.

     What We Are Looking For
    • Basic understanding of electronics assembly and soldering.
    • Comfortable performing manual and repetitive lab tasks with attention to detail.
    • Some experience with 3D printing or interest in learning.
    • Ability to follow test plans and document results accurately.
    • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with the R&D team.
    • Fluent level of English.
