🚀Job Vacancy: Amazon Connect Engineer

🌆 Location: Remote within Europe (EU/EEA citizenship required)

⏰ Contract: B2B, Full-Time

We are seeking highly skilled Amazon Connect Engineers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Amazon Connect contact centers, and extending functionality by integrating AWS services and third-party systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement Amazon Connect Contact Centers 
• Design and build advanced contact flows with AWS services 
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms 
• Implement and manage AI-powered features 
• Deploy Omnichannel Experiences 
• Participate in solution workshops and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements 
• Troubleshoot complex Amazon Connect solutions 
• Produce detailed technical documentation

Qualifications and skills:

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a European country (EU/EEA) 
• 3+ years hands-on Amazon Connect experience 
• Deep expertise with AWS services: Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch 
• CRM Integration experience 
• Strong proficiency with Contact Flows, AWS SDKs, Connect Streams API 
• IAM and security best practices understanding 
• Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation or Infrastructure-as-Code 
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA advantageous) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Amazon Connect Delivery Specialist or AWS certifications 
• Experience implementing forecasting, scheduling, and adherence 
• Experience with Amazon Connect outbound campaigns 
• Generative AI integrations within Connect
