Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordination/Dispatchment of Mobiles, Laptops, Printers and Modems.

• Taking ownership of the coordination/dispatching.

• Maintain Database of the devices by creating a structured inventory management system.

• Dispatch the devices.

• Support employees with issues regarding dispatching.

Qualifications and skills:

• More than 5 years’ experience in co-ordination of devices in a global organization

• Fluency in English language (Min B2).

• Good at coordination.

• Should have knowledge of MDM devices.

• Experience in working with global hardware distributors for purchase and dispatching of devices.

• Should have good logical reasoning skills, Customer Service skills.

• Should be a team player & work collaboratively with onsite and offshore teams.

• Should have worked in high pressure work environment and had the ability to multitask.

• Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.

• Swedish language will be an advantage
