Roles & Responsibilities:

Role involves remote setup and maintenance of a variety of Devices based on Microsoft and Windows technologies. The devices are mainly laptops, handheld devices and printers.

The role also involves co-ordination with the MDM preparation and dispatch of devices to multiple global locations. 

• Administration of Active Directory.

• Administration of Office 365.

• Updating, Patching and Maintenance of Windows Servers.

• Administration of Intune.

• Installation of Images through Intune.

• Management of MDM through Intune.

• Administration of Jamf Pro for Apple devices.

Qualifications and skills:

• Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and management

• Experience with Zscaler

• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and software

• Proficiency in Active Directory, Ms Azure, Servers, Intune, Backup technologies, Jamfpro.

• Proficiency in Handheld devices like Android/Apple Devices

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and systems

• Experience in IT security practices and tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and technologies

• Be on standby if needed outside office hours.

• Swedish language will be an advantage
