We are looking for someone who has an understanding of IT and looking to work within the IT field in a Recruitment/Sales

Poland - remote / office (Kraków)
Sweden - Remote/Hybrid
⏰ Contract: B2B, Full-Time
For this job you must feel comfortable speaking about technology and have an ability to speak on a high level regarding technical skills which the customer needs. You must be outgoing and able to develop good relationships over the phone quickly. You need to be able to speak with confidence.
Good Spoken and Written English Required
Duties and responsibilities:
- Searching for opportunities on job boards
- Speaking/Interviewing with potential candidates
- Preparing CVs for Customers to see
- Presenting Candidates to customers via web portal
- Pursuing and developing relationships with the customers, speaking to them and understanding what they need.
Qualifications and skills:
- Fluent English (verbally and written – C1 Level)
- Fundamental knowledge of IT consultancy markets and sectors
- Positive attitude and energy
- A keen attitude to learn about IT and technology
